This is a convenient electrolyte drink mix, consisting of 10 stick packs in each bag. The electrolyte ingredients are good with several types of Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Zinc and other supplements, but not crazy amounts so you don't need to worry about overdoing it even if you're taking other vitamins. The powder is made from natural ingredients with no gluten, soy or dairy. The recommended amount of liquid to mix this with is 300-500 ml, which is about 10 to 17 ounces, so probably a bit more liquid than the 8 ounces that people would typically expect per serving. The powder is pink (colored by strawberry juice powder) and makes for a very pink drink when mixed with water. My recommendation would be to use this as part of a shake or smoothie for a few reasons. First of all it was a bit challenging to get all of the powder to dissolve and this would probably be a lot easier in a blender. Also, the flavor is okay, but not exactly delicious. Due to the electrolytes, it's slightly salty and the fruit flavor is very mild. Overall this seems like a convenient and easy way to add electrolytes - but definitely better if mixed with a smoothie or other drink that's a bit more flavorful than water.
